Shipping Info

The Unadulterated vinyl boxset & book is very heavy (in the region of 4kg) and therefore shipping costs outside of the UK are unavoidably expensive.

Due to the limited run & hand-assembled nature of the boxset it will be unavailable via any other method. We didn't think it fair to restrict sales to UK buyers only. Thanks for your understanding.

Also due to the size, and difficulty in sourcing adequate packaging, all copies purchased will be shipped individually, and therefore anyone buying multiple copies will be charged the same postage charge per copy.

Non-UK buyers should also check their customs obligations/fees in respect of imported goods. We cannot be held responsible for any packages impounded by foreign customs.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund, and any faults with the product have to be notified by the original buyer.

Please contact us at dubh185@postcardrecords.co.uk within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend that you use tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not arrive with us.

Only unopened products may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for cosmetic damage on packaging, that may have been caused in transit.

If download codes have been redeemed then the product cannot be returned.
